For pressure washer cleaning, we use an industrial grade pressure washer and professional surface cleaning attachments. The flat surface cleaner spins multiple nozzles of water around at high speed, creating a very uniform cleaning action that does not leave stripes or whirls as a domestic pressure washer usually does. 

We have an 5 stage system to make your drive or patio look like new.

Stage 1 - Moss & Lichen Treatment:

Heavily soiled (oil, staining) or heavy moss or lichen areas are pre treated with a specially formulated cleaner which aids thier removal without damaging stone or brick work. 

Stage 2 - Cutting in the Edges:

We attach a high pressure lance to clean up to the edges of steps, pathways and buildings where our flat surface cleaner cannot reach.

Stage 3 - Flat Surface Cleaner:

We then use a flat surface cleaner to lift dirt from the main areas. A surface cleaner is a pressure washer attachments that connects to the pump and sprays the water through multiple nozzles on a spinning arm without leaving streaks.

Stage 4 - Rinse Down:

Finally, we rinse the surface to remove any remaining debris.

Stage 5 - Resanding:

Our price includes resanding after your block pavior driveway has fully dried, usually a few days after the clean. We brush kiln dried sand into the joints which helps prevent the re-growth of grass and weeds.
