Clear, fixed-price cleaning charges
For our Window Cleaning Service, Gutter Cleaning Service, and Soffit and fascia Cleaning Service, we operate a fixed pricing structure based on the number of bedrooms and whether your property is detached, semi-detached, or a townhouse. For our Window Cleaning Service, extra charges are applied for conservatory windows and extensions if you wish to have these cleaned, Conservatory Roofs are charged as a separate service.
We offer 2 frequencies to have your windows cleaned, 6 weekly or 12 weekly.
Solar Panel, Gutter Cleaning, and Soffit and fascia Cleaning are usually an annual service, Conservatory Roofs should be cleaned at least twice a year.
Patios and driveways should be cleaned and resanded annually to prevent the build-up of moss and Lichen.
