Window Cleaning Service

We use the reach and wash method of window cleaning which has a number of advantages over traditional window cleaning methods;

• All cleaning is done from ground level, no need for ladder access

• The pure water we use dries naturally without smears or streaks

• Velux or roof light cleaning is included in the stated costs (Up to 2 roof lights, additional roof lights charged at £3 each)

• If we can see the window from within the boundary of your property, we can clean it (up to a height of 14M [46ft])

The initial clean of the property includes the use of an environmentally friendly citrus based cleaning liquid to remove the heaviest of green algae or to remove the residue left on your windows by traditional (squeegy & rag) window cleaning. This process is repeated twice a year to ensure your windows and frames remain in pristine condition. This is included in the cost of the clean.

What we clean?

Basically, everything inside the green line on the picture. We clean all glass, and frames for uPVC, aluminium and wooden windows and the window sill. If the paint on wooden frames is flaking, we will advise you of this and check if you want us to scrub the frames as this can often remove a lot of paint flakes. This service can be scheduled every 6 weeks or every 12 weeks, each has an associated cost (please see the table below).

Conservatory windows are an additional cost and based on the size of your property and not the size of the conservatory. Similarly, extensions have an additional cost based on property size. Please note, conservatory roofs are not included in the standard window cleaning service, please see our website page for Conservatory Roofs. Please also note we require approximately 50cm clearance from the face of the glass to any obstruction (usually a fence) to be able to clean the windows.
